Had a 10am appointment with Dr. Devi, arrived at 9:50am. Patients who arrived after me were taken in first, because they had earlier appointments but were running late. Reception said late patients go first, while punctual patients like me must wait. Extremely unfair, unprofessional, and terrible queue management. On-time patients should not be punished for others being late.
