Brad and his team were honestly the best. They were super responsive, kind, and patient with us the whole way through. No question ever felt too dumb or too small to ask, and they always made sure we knew what was going on. What really stands out about Brad, though, is that he doesn't just disappear after the sale. Need an attorney? A contractor? Someone for renovations? He's got a guy, and every person he recommended to us was great. He genuinely knows his stuff and actually cares. Can't recommend him enough!

This was our first time buying a house, and Brad was great. He was never pushy, and as our sense of what we wanted evolved, so did the properties he showed us. He tailored his work very skillfully to us. He also came to the inspection and noted things the actual inspector was about to overlook. Buying a house in NYC is so complicated, and he was able to answer literally ever question we asked him. We're very happy we chose him as our agent.
I can't recommend them more highly. We worked primarily with Brad while we were looking for a home in Brooklyn, and he was extremely knowledgeable and very patient about explaining everything to first-time buyers. The entire team was wonderful, though, and very approachable from start to finish. Buying a home can be hard! Make it easier on yourself by working with the Bateman Fields Team!
