VERY IMPRESSED! Bateh Networking Solutions was able to work with my hectic schedule and repair my Outgoing Email Server problem at my earliest convenience. All I had to do was log into their support website and they took the wheel. It really is amazing watching them go to work on my computer even though we were miles away. After seeing my husband's computer crash in a matter of seconds, I panicked. The blue screen of death came up and it was something I couldn't take care of. I called Bateh Networking Solutions and they tried to remotely fix it and it didn't work. True to their word, a trained specialist drove two hours from Jacksonville to Gainesville to fix it on site.
