Today I walked into this place nervous because of suspected optic neuritis which I was told by my doctor, could be early MS. This terrified me as I’m 31 and any chronic illness would scare anyone. Anyway; the lady who did the initial tests before I saw the doctor was an absolute godsend. As I was describing my issues to her I started crying. After my husband had an appointment his eye hurt really bad from the exam. He called the office and they had him come back and charged our insurance plus we had to pay another copay of $50, just to tell him he had an allergy to the solution used during the exam. We should not have been charged again for something that was caused by their office. When he asked why he was being charged again the secretary completely ignored him.
