Highly DON’T recommend! Awful Customer Service. Doesn’t even answer the phone nor returns voicemails. Which we have left several. Our storage unit flooded back in January and he would do nothing about it. He meaning the owner. We had $2000 worth of damage to our items in our storage unit. He told us that it was impossible for the flooding to be his fault because the concrete is on a slant and that was that. Like we would ruin our own stuff.
