I see a lot of bad reviews are from a few years ago. I have had very short wait times and nothing but friendly staff from reception and one of the best doctors (Dr Su Paing) I have dealt with in Geraldton.
My GP and the patient staff at this practice, who have held my hand over the last 6 months when navigating a tricky and confusing situation, deserve praise. Without my GP during this period I wonder where my mental health would be today. He is a gentle, caring, honest and understanding GP that Geraldton is very lucky to have.
Made an appointment on a Saturday for an available time on Monday. Because I’m not a regular customer that is over 2 years old, I got bumped on the Monday for someone else and had to go else where to see a doctor. Pretty rubbish booking system and if your over 2 years since being to Batavia health I highly suggest calling for an appointment and not using the online booking system.
I have been going to Batavia health for many years, good customer service, and I like my present doctor, but I did have a bad experience last week as I was not able to see my regular doctor( on holidays) the doctor I saw on Friday was unfriendly, and had no bedside manner… i believe that he just wanted to go home….😠
