Dennis and his team responded to my inquiry promptly, scheduled the work to be done immediately and the team that completed the work spent most of the day working very hard to fix our problems. I called many other companies who either never responded or didn’t understand our issues well enough to provide solutions. Quote was given based on square footage of house not by the work performed. I was told during services that my house siding was done efficiently and that they sealed a place or two, removed the whirled birds and put wire mesh around the cut opening. In the end I felt like the $1500 they charged me was not a great value given the amount of labor and time they provided. No discount was offered and no guarantees the bats have been removed since they sealed everything out without providing an exit for the bats to leave premises.... read more
