Tryed to get them to come out and was told they had no one available till the following week how can you have a service that's open but no one available to help you need to fix your hours of service and remove 24 hour service option

This contractor stated without any inspection or first hand evidence that I have a colony of big brown bats living in my home. I have lived in twelve houses and have never seen a bat until my current home. I have only ever seen 4 bats in my current home and 3 of them were in July of 2021 and they all appeared to be small brown bats (wing span about 9 inches) and not big brown bats (wing span of about 13 inches) which are more common. One morning at 4am, we woke up to this thing swooping around our heads in our bedroom! It was a bat! We were able to corral it into another bedroom, and a pest control company came later that day and captured it. We thought it was just a fluke. Two nights later, the same thing happened. This time, we were able to capture it ourselves and set it free outside. But we knew we had a problem.
