I had the Bat Control Specialist at my home July 2025. I have a large three storey home, three men came and spent two days caulking every inch of my house. I have had a bat problem for years, always the months of July, August and September at least 2 to 5 flying in my house. I had had enough I can't stand the creatures ( in my house). Bat Control Specialists addressed our bat problem quickly and efficiently. Within hours the entire house was thoroughly bat proofed and ever since the work we have not seen one more bat. The staff were courteous, friendly, and highly knowledgeable which gave us supreme peace of mind. I would highly recommend this team above anyone else to remove your bat problem.
Tryed to get them to come out and was told they had no one available till the following week how can you have a service that's open but no one available to help you need to fix your hours of service and remove 24 hour service option
This contractor stated without any inspection or first hand evidence that I have a colony of big brown bats living in my home. I have lived in twelve houses and have never seen a bat until my current home. I have only ever seen 4 bats in my current home and 3 of them were in July of 2021 and they all appeared to be small brown bats (wing span about 9 inches) and not big brown bats (wing span of about 13 inches) which are more common. One morning at 4am, we woke up to this thing swooping around our heads in our bedroom! It was a bat! We were able to corral it into another bedroom, and a pest control company came later that day and captured it. We thought it was just a fluke. Two nights later, the same thing happened.
