WOW this place is BAD!!!!!!!!!!!! : ( – My short and sweet to the point story...... Called up there asking how much to put on my 2002 Yamaha Zuma Tire that I bought. The guy told me 20.00 after fees etc.. GREAT!!! So i PUSH my scooter because i don't own a truck, i have a car. No big deal,half way there and a passing driver gave me a ride the rest of the way. Is this an official Firestone location??? – I checked the Firestone webpage for the closest location and it did not bring up Bastrop.
I second the poor service remark.... – This place proves how inefficient and unprofessional the industry can be. I may not be certified ASE but I have NEVER taken a car apart before confirming I had the right parts. So I went in to plan the work ahead. I told them what I needed done and that I was willing to pay for the parts ahead of time to minimize the wait and maximize efficiency... They seemed confident and told me they opened at 7am. Poor Service all the way around! – After listening to two bad reports from my customers, and despite they're personal experience, I proceeded to find out for myself. Arrived at 7:30am on saturday to get my car alined, was the first customer to get a work order written up. Was asked if I was going to wait, which I was, but was never informed of the wait time (didn't think I should have to ask). At 11:30am my car was finaly brought in, and worked on, it was done thirty minutes later, no test drive before or after work was done... read more
