Bastrop Stone did it again! Same day delivery, saved me money every where they could, 1 delivery fee for multiple items purchased. Carlos was top notch on customer service and dropped the dirt and stone precisely where I asked. He even offered to sweep my driveway of any debris! 🤯 I just love this business and personally will go no where else.
We would not choose to buy here again. We changed the initial order Prior to delivery due to our mistake in choice of rock materials. We were told there would be a 25% restock fee. Since we were not offered a receipt this was news. After discussion, the order was changed & no charge. We had composite mulch & river rock delivered. We were told there would be some mixing when dumped. Far from some 2/3rds of rock & soil were mixed.
