Customer service with Bastrop Scale Co. is phenomenal, communication stayed opened throughout the process of shipping my scale to them to be certified, and having it shipped back. The turn around was really fast as well! Cannot say enough good about Bastrop Scale Co.

I just wanted to thank everyone at Bastrop Scales for the quick service you provided on the calibration you performed for us yesterday. A special thanks to Todd for his excellent work. I would also like to thank you for arranging the availability of a loaner scale in case we needed it. The fact that your technician was able to get all of our scales operational on site was very helpful. Again, Please than everyone involved.
