WORST service ever! Been waiting two weeks for freezer repairs. Was told part was being ordered two weeks ago. Still waiting - no call on status. When I called twice to get status I was promised a call back -- still waiting. Called again today and representative said she had never heard of technician! What a scam! Tried to use a local business and get horrible service!
