I understand that schedules can get hectic and that law offices may sometimes be short-staffed, so I tried to be patient and give plenty of grace throughout the day. That said, my lawyer never joined the scheduled meeting, and no one reached out to let me know there was a delay or problem. I had only met with Attorney Bastos for a free consultation. She messaged me she would be calling me soon. She was very focused on explaining everything in depth and how the legal process works. I was surprised she was willing to be on the phone with me for over an hour answering all my questions with a high level of professionalism. She explained all potential steps and how she would be able to help. It does seem as though she truly cares about the potential clients by giving them her full attention.
