I wanted to leave an honest review about my experience at Bastin optometric. First i never felt welcomed there. The employees have this i'm better than you attitude. I felt as though i was being looked down upon the entire time there. When i wen to look at glasses same poor experience. The glasses assistant was very rude and short with me. She kept trying to push me to look at cheaper glasses. It was the worst customer service that i have ever received anywhere. Best eye doctor around! Yearly visits need to be scheduled months in advance. If you need an urgent visit they're quick to get you in, usually within 24 hours. Very affordable and usually keep contacts stocked for same-day purchasing.
