I initially went to Visionworks to get medically necessary contacts. They did not follow the guidelines from my insurance to get them. After several weeks of waiting, I was nearly out of my lenses and was told that I would have to pay over $700 for my contacts. I contacted Bastin optical and they worked with my insurance company, VSP, to get changed over to their office. I had my years worth of contacts, 100% covered, in a matter of days.
