We will not be returning. I ordered a pink pair of metal frames for my daughter. When my glasses were ready for pick up they were not in the frames I had ordered and said they would be on back order for 3 weeks. 2 weeks later I receive I text saying my daughters glasses we ready for pick up. I thought maybe they received the frames early. I go to pick them up and they say they sent out a false notification and her frames now won’t be ready until the end of September. What? Everyone was so nice. They helped my 4 year old grandson pick out the glasses he wanted.
I found all the team members were very efficient, professional, and friendly.

I first went to Parker Eye Center for an Eye Exam and possible glasses. After everything was said and done. Parker Eye Center wanted over 800 for glasses. I call Bastin Optometric Clinic yesterday. I faxed them my prescription and insurance information. Drove down to their location. Needless to say I was super impressed. Heather, Tammy, and the lady who helped me picking out frames was extremely helpful, professional, and nice. I got my glasses ordered and was only out $38.00!! Bastin Optometric Clinic staff you guy ROCK!!!
