Have been a patient for years and since Covid, the office will not let you come in if you are sick. Difficult to get an appointment. They worry more about the well visit than those that need a doctor for sickness.
Why does she constantly make appointments then wants you to see other doctors ? If she's so smart and can help you. She can. She chooses to lie to her patients time after time again.
Love all dr Bastin staff and Rebecca and of course my wonderful dr Bastin she has went beyond being a dr

I have raised 7 children, the youngest of which is 15 and I have see a lot of doctors. Dr. Bastin is one of the nicest, most competent doctors I've ever met. Highly recommend!!

I have been seeing Dr. Bastin for over 10 years as my primary care doctor. She has always accurately diagnosed my conditions and got me quick referrals when necessary. i would put her office staff in a category of exceptional. They are always friendly, knowledgable and concerned about your medical needs. I have compared other doctors offices and doctors care to that of this office and they do not come close to the standards I am accustom to with Dr. Bastin and her staff.
Dr. Bastin is wonderful! Very friendly, warm, and caring. She was recommended by a couple coworkers and I'm so thankful I went to her. Her NP (Rebecca Donohoe) is also great - I'd highly recommend both! Have needed urgent appointments twice, was able to get in on the same day I called each time without a problem.
