A Charming Setting with Some Memorable Moments Bastible has a lovely atmosphere, combining the intimacy of a small neighbourhood restaurant with elegant, modern d�cor. Enjoyable dishes and a welcoming atmosphere made for a nice night out, though it didn't quite hit the fine-dining mark for what you pay. The wine list was fine, but the high-top seating made a multi-course tasting menu a bit of a stretch for comfort. A charming place overall, though I'd probably explore some of the other fantastic options around Portobello next time.
