I feel so fortunate to have come across Craig Bastian to install my new septic system. When so many contractors in the area don't even call you back, he was prompt in his replies every time. He responded to my concerns, helped me understand the process, and treated my time and my land with respect. He came up with a creative solution to hooking up to my trailer, and finished in the agreed upon schedule. We've already hired him to help us with an earth-moving project, and that has gone perfectly as well.
Craig communicated very well and was professional.
