They really got it going when it comes to help me get my Kay set up good service they have the best Kay you can get so before buying take a trip their and talk with them I had mind for at least right years or longer still going strong
Bassyaks has always give us great service. I brought a Malone trailer to carry our kayaks. I had no problem registering it with CT DMV. The only possible problem is the DMV form requires the name of the manufacturer, C H Smith LLC and not the distributor, Malone. I confirm this when I registered the trailer. The trailer is great, I no longer have to lift the kayak over my head. We have also brought two pairs (4) kayaks with out a problem in the past
The owner sells trailers that are new, they don't tell you that you have to get a temp plate and take it through inspection. They are also unprofessional and rude. In addition, they lie and come up with false information. Very unpleasant to deal with.
Great place to get a fishing kayak.
