This dealership sold a car online to my dad and his wife (both have dementia), delivered it to an Assisted Living facility, and took them to the *** to get my dad's wife her license. Why would you get into a family's business this bad just to sell a car that you will be getting back because my dad can not afford it?
I visited Basswood in April 2023. I spoke to a sales person before making the trip and was GUARANTEED, I could drive off in a vehicle. I indeed could NOT, without a co signer. The salesman had sold another family member a car a few weeks before and suggested I call and ask that person to co signer…Do NOT drive off the lot with a vehicle until they physically show you EVERY piece of paperwork! The Bank will not let us add $18000 to a vehicle for a warranty or any other products due to loan to book value allowance's and guideline's of a vehicle loan.
