After I ordered custom inserts from Dr. Basso, he canceled my follow-up appointments. The inserts were terrible. I tried to set up a new follow-up appointment to get adjustments made, as I was told I could. The office voice line is an AI scheduler, and while I could text with a nameless agent (not sure if human or AI), it wouldn't provide a new appointment or a refund. I'm out several hundred dollars, and all I have is some useless inserts that don't fit and don't work, and I have had no success in contacting Dr. Basso to fo... read more
Dr. Basso is an outstanding podiatrist! He was thorough, professional, and really took the time to listen to my concerns. The treatment plan was effective, and I no longer have any pain in my foot! Highly recommend for anyone needing expert care!
