Dr. Basso and his staff are so friendly and genuinely care about their patients. I have had a few surgeries now on my foot. Achilles repair (ouch took a while to heal but most definitely worth the time!) and plantar fasciitis surgery (resumed work 1 day later in a boot!) he's an amazing doctor and always willing to listen to you and suggest alternatives. There is something wrong with this place. We have tricare for insurance, and when my wife called to make an appointment, they never informed her that they were not in the tricare network. When she showed up for her appointment, they neglected to tell her they didn't have a current tricare referral and they went ahead and saw her. Two months later, we received a bill for almost $200.
