I made an appointment with Bassing about a week ago. I was told it would be about 9 am or later. I turned my phone on at 8:30 am and expected either a phone call or showing up at our residence. Neither happened. I called the office around 11:30 and asked what was going on. I was told our guy tried to call you and couldn't get a hold of you. I wait a week and no one shows up. Had them out on short notice to remove two floor outlets. They were quick, responsive and priced right. I have a project in the near future that requires some extensive electrical work- i found the right people to call.
