I visited this office over a year ago and was interested in a lower face left. I allowed them to take a down payment on the procedure. In the meantime, I had some serious health issues that actually required surgery, and I called to tell them that I would not be getting the facelift anytime soon. I was told that I could reschedule at any time, however, I was not told that I would never get my down payment of $1500 back If I decided to not go through with the surgery.
