I sent a message through FB Messenger with no response after about 2 weeks. So I called about getting a hood painted and installed as well as getting the car refinished, only to be told that they don't even do painting at their Lynwood location. The guy says I'd have to bring it to another shop on the South side of Chicago. Even after I said that I could do that, he just never called me back when he said that he'd be calling the next day. RecommendedCustomer Service is not notch. I have had them replace one stereo already and I am getting ready to do another. Trustworthy and well priced.
