Great service from the team always keen to help and sort any problems we had they looked after us and treated us very professionally
Very helpful and accommodating. They took me and the wife into Swansea while repair was done, phoned us in Swansea to tell us when the work was completed and picked us up afterwards. We use this service every time the car needs to be looked at and find it better than sitting in the waiting area for hours, though if you do decide to wait there's plenty of tea and coffee to drink.
I have used Bassetts Honda Swansea garage and car showroom and their Motability vehicles for many years. They are second to none with their customer services and support. They are very friendly, and go to extreme lengths to ensure good customer service. Every member of staff are well trained in customer relations to ensure total quality (TQ) and just in time (JIT) service. The online booking system is a new and good addition, dropping off the car was easy, and I was kept informed of what was happening.
All staff were very attentive and knowledgeable. Did what they said they would do. Finance proposal system was a little clunky
