Fiona is brilliant! Her knowledge of designs, fixtures and fittings, is invaluable. She was so helpful and patient. When I went in first, I wasn't sure what I wanted. I needed to refurbish an en suite and bathroom. Fiona talked me through different opinions and then listened as I decided on the type of fittings I liked, and explained what would work in the size of rooms I have. So next week! I hope to have a beautiful new en suite and bathroom
Fiona was very helpful from the start advising and recommending the best design and high standard products for a small bathroom and cost effective budget. Any issues along the way were sorted out quickly and efficiently by Fiona. Professional , knowledgeable and friendly from start to finish.
Fiona who works here is brilliant. Very knowledgeable, however she is let down by a lack of staff and by the delivery driver.
