Tavon G. finally, along with Justin, was able to solve the problem of our heat pump short runs. It was a bad thermostat. (8 appointments later). Tavon was so nice and very helpful. Kudos to him.
Don't let the ad fool you, they advertise 24 hour services, but when it had a need for an emergency electric repair, they stated they couldn't get anyone out till tomorrow.
This is the second time we’ve had someone to come out from fire and ice to fix our furnace cap because the roof is leaking. Both times they’ve proved incapable of this simple task because our roof is still leaking. We called weeks ago to speak with management and no one has returned the call. Very disappointed, to say the least
Andy was great. He assessed the jobs I needed to be done and made sure he had the right parts before turning off the water. He saw that the jobs were done correctly before leaving. He saved me money and did a Great job.
