Our hot water system stopped working around 8pm, so after a recommendation we contacted Bassett Plumbing. Darren got back to us that night and organised to come out first thing the next morning. Darren and Oliver arrived right on time, had a look at the system and explained what had gone wrong and that it would need replacing. A great honest tradesman is worth their weight in gold. Darren and his crew are gold! They saved me from paying $2,500 more from the first quote I received. They did a fantastic job in quick time, explaining everything about why they were doing it. Do yourself a favour and get Bassett Plumbing to do your jobs! Legends!

Darren fitted me in to his schedule on the same day I called, to replaced a faulty part on my hot water unit. He was transparent re cost and was happy to explain the 'why's & how's' ! Very much appreciated. Highly recommended.
