If I could, I'd leave a negative star count. DONT GO HERE! THIS ER CONTRIBUTED to the death of my husband! We went in July for severe back pain my husband had been going through for months(which had been MISDIAGNOSED by their MRI tech a month prior) My husband and I were treated HORRIBLY.. The kitchen closed @ 4 pm we were waiting for 1:30 pm - 8:30 place was packed kids with broken bones were common. Summer accidents.
went to the er because i wanted to kill myself and the inpatient psych staff was phenomenal safe to say basset saved my life
If I could give -5 I would. Especially for Matthew Kleinmmeir. Playing on personal cell phones seems to be more important than patient care. Also, when an individual comes in with any sort of hip/back pain, it’s probably best they aren’t left to sit in a hard uncomfortable chair, in a hall for almost 3 hours, 1 of those hours purely waiting for discharge papers that were printed and forgotten about for 45 minutes or better.
I had a very disappointing experience at the ER with my child. This town and hospital don’t even have a walk-in clinic for kids!! The doctors in the ER didn’t seem to know what to do or what to prescribe for children!!!!!!!! I’m so frustrated. Don’t waste your time going there if your child is sick—try another town nearby. Hopefully, they have more experience with pediatric care!
