I went in to have some necklaces looked at to see what they're worth. I had one at a different jewelry store being appraised. Lady that was looking the jewelry over. made me feel like I was inferior telling me my necklaces were fake . I felt she was very rude.come to find out they were worth thousands of dollars each . this woman knows nothing about jewelry needs to go back to school and learn. very disappointed in this place would not recommend to anybody.

The worst customer service I have ever received and very poor craftsmanship. They charged me 74$ to silver solder my 14 karat gold chain.
Ruined my ring. I brought my ring here to get the prongs fixed around the diamond on my engagement ring. They became bent so they shifted from where they should be. I said id like to get it resized and soldered together if they could and had time but if not I just wanted the prongs. They agreed and took the rings. I went today to pickup and was excited to have it back, it fit now, but when I got in my vehicle I noticed the prongs had not been moved at all...the same 3 were exactly how I had dropped them off.
