Widespread incompetence and an unwillingness to hold unethical providers accountable. My medical chart has random facts copied from someone else's chart. It seems from the other reviews that there have been many instances of unethical providers.
If I could give a zero. I would. Even with raising grievances due to severely inappropriate behavior from one of their "psychiatrist" - you won't get anywhere. Would strongly recommend anywhere else.
They told me I was unhelpable then I called the supervisor she said we cant give you the help you need
After a 3-day admission, I was mis-diagnosed, and then prescribed 13 different medications, most of which were inappropriate, and one of which caused me severe harm. My privacy was violated via unauthorized accessed to My chart, and all of my follow-up appointments were scheduled in Delaware County, despite my having fled to Otsego County due to Domestic Violence prior to admission.
