People in this hospital billing wise haven’t the slightest clue what they are doing. I’ve been been transferred to the wrong department, hung up on, dealt with clueless people on the phone, had to deal with their nonsense billing practices, mistakes with medications and when I call they still can’t fix them and when i’ve been in the hospital they are rude and have lousy bedside manner.
