This is the second time in a few years I used Little Falls Hospital. The first was for a 2nd degree burn. Last night was for stomach, chest and back pain. Each time I have been a mess showing up. The check in desk couldn’t be kinder. The girls are sympathetic and efficient. I know an ER visit is long when the problem isn’t obvious. This is the fastest most efficient hospital. It is just a really quiet place
My husband and I thought this ER visit might be the best experience about hospital until the last half an hour. The doctor and the nurse were both great. They listened, diagnosed and explained to us very well. However, while we were waiting for discharge (10-15 minutes), a nurse send us to the other room to wait. The other room was very cold, dirty with some blood on the floor and a sick patient on the other side. We asked for a blanket but the nurse never bring it.
