Rude inconsiderate staff
My husband received EXCELLENT care in the ER today. Every staff member was kind and highly skilled. We're new to the area & our last hospital was rated one of the best in the nation. Our experience at Little Falls hospital today was top notch! We're grateful to have this hospital so close to our new home.
I used to work as an ER ward clerk for the Little Falls Hospital. I was also an EMT for 16 1/2 years. It is certainly NOT the same facility as it was, and I am not saying that in a good way I know that one of the most unwelcome complaints is that of dental pain, as it is assumed that one with dental pain does not take care of thier dental health ( Usually less than great dental insurance coverage).
