I've been waiting since the 8th for my CT scan results. Been told there's a massive shortage of radiologist. This is ridiculous and unprofessional. Blown off every time I call.
I recently had some wound care taken care of by the ER staff. My family and I were headed to a vacation and had to pull of the Thruway and made our way to the Little Falls ER. We were treated so quickly and they gave my small sons things to drink and cared so well for me and my family even when I was the only patient. I had a great experience. Literally went in for a knee and ankle injury and they only looked at my knee and told me to not walk on it for a week and then discharged me didnt give me no crutches no nothing and I had to ask 4 different doctors if I could get something to put pressure on my knee and ankle
I have had to use Little Falls hospital for my Bassett services multiple times. Usually my visits have been for pre-op procedures and testing, or specialty services, like MRI’s and upper endoscopy procedures. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences in the departments that I’ve visited and been seen through. I am typically in and out, the nurses and doctors have always given me, what I’ve considered to be, excellent care.
Horrible doctor care. Went in for abdominal pain. Left me in pain the whole time acted like I was a drug seeker.... did testing i walked out after repeat attempts to get my pain under control.. The doctor ordered a dam pregnancy test on a woman that has no uterus. Treated my like I was stupid when I was representing my non verbal child as well. Do not recommend. Should be shut down due to inadequate doctors and snobby nurses
