Thank you to all the staff. Crystal,Mary,and Makenzie were absolutely wonderful. No appointment,I stopped in for a fracture and they took care of everything.
This is a drs office where you go to get help, right? They ask you’re 15 minutes early & shame you if you’re 4 minutes late. Completely ridiculous & unprofessional. Front lady is rude & inconsiderate that she is helping PEOPLE with LIVES. I’m disappointed. If you want me 15 min early schedule me 15 min early. & when you try and bring it up to the nurse practitioner she completely ignores you.
There are not enough good things I can say about the staff here. I came here as a new patient and thought I just had one medical issue, but they sent me for some tests and found out that I have a number of underlying problems. I feel that they are fantastic and care about their patients.
