Been going here for 4 years. The office staff are the absolute best; especially Tina who manages to get you in with specialists super quick. Lindsey Schlaeg is hands down the most caring and helpful primary care provider and takes her time and listens.

I love Lindsey Schlaeg, She's so nice, she takes her time and goes over everything.
They get you in quick, so that's good. But last time we took our daughter here, who is just 6 years old, they asked us if she was born female and if she identifies as female...right in front of her. We've been here many times before and have never been asked this. What the h*ll is going on? I would not be surprised if they have to do this because of some new NY law...but to ask it in front of her? She was like "what do they mean?"
They change nurse practitioners too frequently and the newest one won't allow service dogs.
