Excellent 8 years, unfortunate the past 2 its Changed drastically to unprofessional care and sent to the emergency room. She's a trainer's in my medical needs and treatments. Had problems with my new assistance assigned since I'm permanently disabled. I'm a retired surgical nurse and trying to work the situation with complaint management with no help until corrected with others and Dr. Walker, which is my favorite with Dr. Dar . They greatly cared for me even though his retired as temp, and she is missed from her relocation.
My NP Provider is great! She took me off a medication that we determined caused my car accident! She very caring and kind! She will take the time she needs to take care of you! I would recommend this office! Plus the office manager and Nursing manager are the best!!! Also if you need to schedule an appointment they will get you in as soon as they can! I even had a video visit when I need to talk to my PCP!
Always had a negative experience with Bassett, between them not taking no for an answer or accusing me of "only wanting attention" and to "go home we don't have any doctor here who will see you and we wouldn't call one in for you anyway!" My advice STAY AWAY FROM BASSETT AND BASSETT HOPSITAL! They only see out as a number and are not worth it! Oneonta students beware! They are seriously price gouging at Bassett Health Center with or without insurance. The cost of an x-ray was 4X what it should be with insurance and 8 dollars less without. If it's not life threatening I would go somewhere else. Unfortunately there aren't any local options that I could find or that the school knew of.
