I am not disappointed with the healthcare but am extremely dissappointed with the outsourcing of my phone calls. I cant hear because of people talking in the background and it seems as if the calls are ling distance. I dint know why they changed it from calling the actual office to outsourcing . 3 times I got hung up on today .
It gets to a point when your tired of trying to tell people how you feel and then nothing is found as to why your not feeling well everytime! Most of the time my mental health is more looked at here. One time I had an upper respiratory problem and someone told me I coughed up blood due to anxiety take a hydroxyzine. Yes I might have a disability but I do need my physical health taking care of too.
