I'm confused how these doctors are supposedly so good and professional yet schedule for procedures and tests then accuse you of not going even though you have the report from the test... then use that for the reason they're medically neglecting you. As if they can't be sued for that same reason. Thank God for black and white documentation. they can and will be sued.
An absolute stain on Bassett Medical. The now-current head of the GI Department, Dr. Catalano, did my endoscopy and colonoscopy in late-2022. After looking at my chart and seeing I am allergic to penicillin, and seeing the band on my wrist that says I am allergic to penicillin, he PRESCRIBED ME PENICILLIN, saying "I should be ok to take it". I ended up having to file a complaint to Bassett's internal management about him. Now, a year and two other GI doctors later who refuse to do anything about my GI problems except try to ... read more

Best staff iv had in a very long time. Happy upbeat bunch that do their jobs while having fun and making you feel relaxed . Five stars all the way!!!!
