I’ve shopped at Basset furniture for over 20 years and they always have quality products well worth the investment. Their consultants are very knowledgeable and respectful. Sherian did not hesitate to go the extra mile in helping us make the decision about our beautiful new bed.
I'm not a customer, at least not yet, but I felt the need to comment on the outstanding service Victor and Ricardo just provided a tenant in my business highrise in DT El Paso. As a security officer in this historic bldg., we must follow strict policies for access and deliveries. In spite of a delay in giving them access upon arrival, they remained understanding and patient. We had the pleasure of working with Mariane at Bassett. She was so helpful with our purchase from A-Z! We initially sort of picked out what furniture we liked. She then came to our home and helped with the design/layout and measured to make sure everything would fit. We are so pleased at the way it all turned out. We would have been lost without her!
Absolutely incredible customer service. Mariane came to my house and measured the room to see what size couches and chairs I needed. That afternoon I was able to go look at a mock up which ended being perfect. The custom made furniture was ready before expected. Mariane also came during delivery to make sure everything was good and to my liking. INCREDIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
