My wife and I were in the store looking at furniture. Gay was so helpful and friendly, I was impressed by the fact that she knows a lot of furniture. I would recommend asking for Gay when you go into Bassett Furniture, you won’t regret it

The staff was helpful and guided me based on comfort, space, and design preference. The sofa quality feels premium and durable. Pricing was fair, and delivery was completed on time without any damage or delay.

I'm not a customer, at least not yet, but I felt the need to comment on the outstanding service Victor and Ricardo just provided a tenant in my business highrise in DT El Paso. As a security officer in this historic bldg., we must follow strict policies for access and deliveries. In spite of a delay in giving them access upon arrival, they remained understanding and patient.
