Jami came in at the eleventh hour and made my furniture world right again! She clearly wanted me to be happy! She listened, gave professional advice and spent hours with me looking at styles and fabric. The store manager Crystal and customer service manager Kim were also empathetic to my problem. Shana King was amazing and so helpful throughout the whole process. I walked in while running errands for the holidays and explained what I wanted. We just purchased a sofa and two chairs from Bassett in Friendswood, Texas. Jami Holland was our design consultant and her customer service was impeccable. We have a house on the coast, and she was so thoughtful with her recommendations to find the perfect combination of furniture for our space. I will add the photos when it comes in.
Jami is a very talented designer, kind and helpful. She helped us pick our entire living room set. We received our delivery today and I absolutely love all of our selections!
