Anitra was fabulous to work with at the Bassett/Baybrook Mall location. She was patient with us and not pushy, over several visits to the store. We ultimately purchased our living room furniture elsewhere due to my husband's height and comfort needs, but I highly recommend this store and Anitra's service. We'll return for other furniture needs in the future!

Jami was extremely helpful in helping me pick out fabric and the type of cushion firmness I wanted in a custom sectional. She made the experience easy and effortless. The custom order was scheduled to take 4 to 6 weeks but was ready in less than 4. If you need someone who has excellent taste in interior design, ask for Jami at the Baybook location.
