What a great experience buying Living Room furniture from Bassett Furniture in Tyler, Texas! Angie Thornton met us and was just awesome in every aspect. She helped us design the living room and choose the sofas and ottomans. Very courteous, friendly and professional. The quality of workmanship is exceptional and we are very pleased. The purchase experience was fantastic, or so I thought. Our salesperson was amazing! We paid $2400.00 for “custom” nightstands and paid the delivery fee (that you are now forced to pay) to have them delivered. We waited 5 weeks for our order. The white glove delivery Bassett crows about was sadly anything but white glove. The delivery men were outside my house for a half hour before they came up to the door.
