It is really hard for me to write this review as our favorite design consultant is no longer with the company. Lisa Sordi was very attentive, patient and her design ideas for our family were stellar. Knowing she is no longer with the company is very disappointing as our return to the store after four years were less than stellar given initial treatment by the store’s manager. Lisa made shopping at Basset such a positive experience. She spent an incredible amount of time with me envisioning and mapping out our space and helping us find the right table for our dining room. Thank you!
The carpet delivered is not as dark as the sample in the store. Mike the manager was supposed to come to my house with the sample today. At noon. Never showed . Completely forgot. Had to reschedule for next Tuesday at noon. And I have to call him and remind him the appt. And to bring the sample.
Working with Bassett has been a joy. Lisa, was instrumental in guiding us in the process of buying a new couch. She explained materials, construction and varying options regarding fabrics and styles extensively. We will most certainly work with her again. We are forever thankful and blessed in this holiday season
My husband and I went to the Bassett furniture store in Rockville looking for a sectional sofa this past weekend. Lisa Sordi explained all the options to us, and was very instrumental in helping us choose the fabric for the sectional and fabric for the accent pillows. We would definitely recommend Lisa if you need any help updating a room. She was friendly, very easy to work with, and answered all of our questions. We would highly recommend Lisa!
