The quality and craftsmanship has sharply declined. Very disappointed in recent purchases. I would not buy from Bassett again.

This has nothing to do with the staff at this location. It’s purely about the quality of the furniture. We have had our couches and dining table for less than 5 years. Our dining table, for at least the last two years, is chipping. It’s disappointing considering we have followed the cleaning instructions recommended to us. Our couches, which get normal usage (as couches should) look absolutely horrible. Since we got the couch, less than 1 year in, the back support cushions have bursted at the seams more than once. Went in expecting to just view some options but got a full fledged education from Alicia. She was extremely helpful in helping understand the options and explaining the manufacture of their products which many others do not do. Our situation changed and we did not end up purchasing through Bassett, but they will be on of the first ones we reach out to when it comes time to invest in furniture.
My experience working with design consultant, Tiffane was a pleasant one! This was the first time I have made a purchase at Bassett, and I have to say making a design decision was a challenge, because of the varied options available. I appreciate the time and effort put forth, and look forward to enjoying the furniture I selected.
