Working with Bassett has been a joy. Lisa, was instrumental in guiding us in the process of buying a new couch. She explained materials, construction and varying options regarding fabrics and styles extensively. We will most certainly work with her again. We are forever thankful and blessed in this holiday season
My husband and I went to the Bassett furniture store in Rockville looking for a sectional sofa this past weekend. Lisa Sordi explained all the options to us, and was very instrumental in helping us choose the fabric for the sectional and fabric for the accent pillows. We would definitely recommend Lisa if you need any help updating a room. She was friendly, very easy to work with, and answered all of our questions. We would highly recommend Lisa!
The quality and craftsmanship has sharply declined. Very disappointed in recent purchases. I would not buy from Bassett again.

This has nothing to do with the staff at this location. It’s purely about the quality of the furniture. We have had our couches and dining table for less than 5 years. Our dining table, for at least the last two years, is chipping. It’s disappointing considering we have followed the cleaning instructions recommended to us. Our couches, which get normal usage (as couches should) look absolutely horrible. Since we got the couch, less than 1 year in, the back support cushions have bursted at the seams more than once.
