Bassett Furniture was nicely organized. The presentation of everything was done very well. Simon introduced himself and was friendly, personable, but above all, knowledgeable in the industry. Simon was pleasant to interact with. He answered all my questions and concerns, sometimes before I got to ask. The two swivel rockers I ended up picking fabric for will take 4-6 weeks but it will be worth it. The furniture is the best quality and backed by a three year warranty (also purchased). Thank you Simon for the experience.

We just received our furniture delivery with more on the way. (Primary bedroom dressers and nightstands; office/den desk, matching file cabinet, and end tables; family room rug and dining room rug.) The quality and design of the furniture is excellent. We had 2 very minor issues which were immediately addressed. Stephanie in customer service has been super responsive and reassuring. We worked with Vicki Bennis at the Summerlin (Las Vegas) store and her recommendations relative to our dining room and bedroom set was a complete home run. The color palette that she showed us relative to our existing floor and kitchen design is flawless. It was a custom order but in retrospect, it was worth the wait. Vicki - TY and a job well done!
I spent a lot of time shopping online and in person until I found exactly what I wanted at Bassett. Simon is a pleasure to work with, and his help was invaluable in curating a tasteful design. I love the convenience of a neighborhood showroom with the option to choose from a vast online store as well.
