We bought a sectional recliner couch from Bassett 4 months back and it was the worst couch we ever got. “EXPENSIVE COUCH” !!!!!!!The couch seat was torn when we received and the couch covers were small for the couch size. Unequal size seats. Uncomfortable to sit. Over all it looked like we got a second hand couch from Craigslist. Contacted customer service and the repaired the tear and tried to replace the seats , but still the same issue. Very good selection of all types of furnitue with a better range than most.
The quality of the furniture is excellent .
Purchased two recliners, love seat, two end tables, and a coffee table. Tables were not constructed properly and we were not able to get the issues resolved to our satisfaction with Bassett. They were pricey tables and we ended up not getting what we paid for. Would never do purchase from Bassett again due to poor quality issues.
