Wow. Just wow. Leather peeling after 2.5 years. Wheels popped off of ottoman (never sat on). Couch back cushions will not hold shape. Not even 3 years of use. 6K with $550 Guardian policy. Buyer Beware - “normal wear and tear” as deemed by Guardian not covered. Please read fine print (my fault I did not read in depth). Ask questions. This product/furniture should last longer with no pets or children. Don’t get scammed. Very disappointed and really wanted to like this brand.
Worst experience ever. Furniture took way longer than told and the no one ever called me. I had to keep calling every few weeks for updates. Then one of the 4 items arrived broken and once again zero customer service.
We bought a sectional recliner couch from Bassett 4 months back and it was the worst couch we ever got. “EXPENSIVE COUCH” !!!!!!!The couch seat was torn when we received and the couch covers were small for the couch size. Unequal size seats. Uncomfortable to sit. Over all it looked like we got a second hand couch from Craigslist. Contacted customer service and the repaired the tear and tried to replace the seats , but still the same issue.
