The rug we bought didn’t even hold up a year and they won’t do anything about it. Very unhappy… This is an addition to the original review. You see the response from the owner where they said email customer service. We did so and have had NO response at all. They obviously have a canned "Response from the owner" so it looks like they care and are going to do something BUT THEY DON'T!! Done with them! DO NOT RECOMMEND!
