Great furniture - Great Service Bassett is a great furniture store. It has over a thousand fabrics and a hundred or more leathers. Most of the items in the store can be customized to fit your needs. The turnover time is very short. Wonderful, well made pieces. The sales staff are well educated and know their product. They make the sales experience great. PROS: Great selection CONS: Higher prices - but great lasting furniture
Avoid this place First off -- the quality is very low for what you get. Secondly, they have RIDICULOUS restocking fees, even if they are the ones that make a mistake. Lastly, the service is terrible -- they keep telling me that they will give me a call back, but I've yet to get any calls from them. Be very careful buying anything from this place!
