In the Austin store, the Design Consultant Jaime Breuer was super helpful when we picked out fabric and a custom sofa. I didn't feel pressured. He let us take our time and gave us time alone to think and explore our own ideas. Jaime gave us design ideas including color, fabric and style of the sofa as well as rug. He has a good eye for color because his suggestions were spot on and look great. He steered us away from fabrics that would not have fit our lifestyle. Highly recommend Jaime.
I can’t speak highly enough of the services and talents provided by Maria and Terry. I walked in the store looking for new living room furniture; however, was at a loss as to where/how to begin. I began working with Lisa two months ago. She was knowledgeable, and yet not pushy. After considering the purchase, I met again with her today, and once again found the experience to be quite pleasant. She patiently answered all of my questions and I ultimately placed the order with her. I highly recommend Lisa if you want an enjoyable experience when shopping for furniture.

Terri at Bassett is the best! She was incredibly professional I could not be more pleased with our bedroom furniture and I’m very excited for our next purchase with her! We weren’t even planning on buying furniture today, but she was so great that we couldn’t turn her down!
