Excellent service. Not pushy at all, but also very attentive and helpful while we tried to make decisions about our living room furniture. The store is well laid out with all the different comfort and custom options to test and so many fabrics to choose from
We went in here to purchase a living room set. Our designer, Susan, was incredibly helpful with customization and listening to our needs. I can't wait for it to arrive in 12-14 weeks! Very late update: My living room set has been a wonderful choice. After a few years of heavy use, my couches have stood up to the test of time and look as good now as when I bought them! I highly recommend Bassett, and I'll certainly use them to buy new pieces of furniture in the future.
It was a pleasure working with Ms Abbe - in December I bought an L-shaped sofa sectional that I absolutely love and she was so helpful and helping me pick out the right color with the Right fabric and fabric protection and just this week I bought an ottoman that I absolutely love the whole look is gorgeous. She was professional, kind and attentive. Anytime I have needed anything she was always there willing to help and able to help
