I worked with Laura Wilson at the Sterling, VA location of Bassett Furniture and she was absolutely amazing. She was knowledgable, kind, patient and had an amazing sense of design. She knew the products on the floor extremely well and was able to assist with all of my living room needs. I left that day with great furniture items that are timeless and I know will last many years to come. We visited the Bassett store in Sterling in search of a new living room set and had the pleasure of working with designer Laura Wilson. She was incredibly helpful in guiding us toward the right furniture choices and played a major role in helping us select the perfect color palette. We truly enjoyed working with Laura and felt confident we were in great hands. We highly recommend her to our friends and anyone looking for expert design experience. The customer service at Basset in general was amazing!
I can’t recommend Bassett. I rarely ever share a negative review, but their lack of customer service has really been upsetting. We purchased a high quality Benchmade dining table (or so we thought) but had quality issues. This included major cracks in the wood and splitting. Bassett did replace the defective parts but after changing out several pieces of several chairs and the table, we were left with a dining set that was different color finishes due to different stain batches.
