I have yet to see my actual doctor and I’ve lived here and have been going to this office for five years. Can never get an appointment when you actually are sick. Better off going to the ER or Convenient Care. If you do get an A.O. they might cancel it with no reason. The medical doctors and nurses are fantastic but the front office staff is bottom of the barrel. I hope they see this and make an effort to change my opinion.

My primary care up and left town (UHS). So I made an appointment here, I waited 5 months to see someone. I brought my medical records and explained that I have be experiencing worrying chronic symptoms for years now that my previous doctor had been looking into. So we needed to pick up where they left off. They decided to run the same tests that have never shown anything with my past doctor. I was supposed to come back in a month to discuss. Tell me how the lady over the phone wants to tell me I’ve never been to their facility but yet I know I have been there multiple times! Sounds like someone just doesn’t want to do their job!

Want to thank Charity Snyder and the staff at Oneonta for their professionalism, promptness and care. Because Charity was so thorough and spot on with her dermatology diagnosis of a spot on my temple that I never gave a second thought to, an early stage melanoma will soon be removed. Charity, from myself and my family, I cant thank you enough!
