Aside from a few compassionate nurses and at least 1 lab tech, the greater majority of the “providers” and at least 1 nurse in this office are not only incompetent, but extremely unprofessional, nasty, megalomaniacs. They should simply NOT be in the medical field. I cannot fully compile in this review, the abhorrent and vile ways I have been disrespected at this office. I adore the staff here. They are always so helpful & sweet! I had Danielle Gibbs who was phenomenal. She really took extra steps to cover all areas & did not shy away from any requests I needed for specialty services. As she has moved to another office, I am excited to see who my next physician will be. I feel very safe here!!! I have suggested this office to everyone I know. Thank you guys for being so amazing.
I have yet to see my actual doctor and I’ve lived here and have been going to this office for five years. Can never get an appointment when you actually are sick. Better off going to the ER or Convenient Care. If you do get an A.O. they might cancel it with no reason. The medical doctors and nurses are fantastic but the front office staff is bottom of the barrel. I hope they see this and make an effort to change my opinion.
My primary care up and left town (UHS). So I made an appointment here, I waited 5 months to see someone. I brought my medical records and explained that I have be experiencing worrying chronic symptoms for years now that my previous doctor had been looking into.
