Had to visit today because of toothache. Firstly the reception staff were friendly and welcoming. Dr Patel checked my tooth and gave me some options of what she could do to make me more comfortable. She was totally professional, telling me stage by stage what she was doing and the dental nurse was on hand if I needed support. I was treated first class - thank you Bassett Dental

Just got back from an appointment with Alecs. The reception staff are great. They are welcoming, always helpful and considerate and do their best to solve any questions. The practice itself is looking smarter and more professional than in the past, thanks to its renovation. Alecs shows genuine kindness and care for her patients and goes out of her way to make sure you are comfortable and ok during treatment.
